SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
Before making an online purchase it’s important to understand a little more about the unique nature of Moigoeters.

Because each piece is made or printed by hand, no two pieces will ever be the same. There may be blemishes, colour differences or bumps and curves in different places. This is all part of the beauty of NO MASS production.

If a breakage occurs as a result of shipping please contact us and we will arrange for a similar replacement item to be delivered to you.

We do not accept any returns, however will credit any breakages reported within 4 days of receipt of the goods, accompanied by photographs. Please always email us at info@moigoeters.com, no WhatsApp messages will be accepted.

There will be a delivery charge for orders of R180 per order, weighing up to 7kg. Orders above 7kg will be notified of the additional courier fee to be paid via EFT.
Delivery takes 10-14 working days. Your are also welcome to collect or send your own courier. In the unlikely event that your delivery may take longer, you will be notified.
Products that are in stock will be sent two days after payment. Custom products require a 14 day production period. Our studio is based on a farm and all products are handmade or handprinted. Please note that delivery time goes into effect the business day after the order is placed.

COUPONS
No coupons may be used to purchase any sale items or gift vouchers online. Only one coupon redeemable per unique e-mail address and or cell phone number. Only 2 coupon resumptions will be allowed per unique physical address.
